Oil Refinery / Processing Plant

Syria’s current refining capacity is outdated, inefficient, and insufficient to meet domestic fuel needs. This project proposes the construction or upgrade of a mid-capacity oil refinery to process local crude into diesel, gasoline, LPG, and petrochemical feedstocks, reducing reliance on imports and smuggled fuel.
